Fire Ant Welding Caps evolved as my husband, a pipe welder of 25+ years complained (for may of those years) that he could never find a cap that would

fit properly,  protect his ears when welding different processes (especially overhead), one that wouldn't shrink severely,  wasn't cone-shaped, and had no elastic band.  

       

        Everywhere he went he would always be in search of that, "one cap" that just felt comfortable wearing the entire day and in all temperatures.  

 

        Truthfully he has tried every store brand out there, and has also purchased countless caps from local ladies who frequent various job sites.  

                     

In a nutshell, no matter what he tried, NOTHING met his satisfaction!

 

         Together, we've spent the last two years in research & development, and we've finally succeeded in designing that, "ONE CAP"!  

 

         Our 6-panel caps are handmade with 100% Cotton Quality Fabric & Thread, are Pre-shrunk,

have a Deep-Crown for optimal ear protection, contain No Elastic Band, are Reversible with a compatible solid color, and are Built to Outlast!!

 

      Honestly, we have been told time and time again, "THEY JUST FIT RIGHT!"
